In Kiryat Malachi, the twin city of Los Angeles,dreams are forgotten behind.

Yosef, the watchmaker of the city, who is already 60
years old, decides to run in the upcoming local elections.

The journey is accompanied by singers, musicians, and dancers, who transform it, even for moments, into its twin city - “Los Angeles”.
